Montgomery Trees was founded in 2001 as The Montgomery Tree Committee in Montgomery, Alabama. Our mission is to promote, enhance and protect the urban forest. We do this by:
  • Purchasing and planting trees.
  • Educating and training school children and the public.
  • Promoting environmentally sound economic development.
  • Increasing awareness of watershed and green space importance.
  • Encouraging identification and care of significant trees.
